Kaul-Glove Building

Located at 1441 Brooklyn Street, this property is a 20,000 square foot, four-story building in the heart of the Corktown neighborhood. It is known as The Kaul Glove Building, where gloves were manufactured and distributed to automotive companies, after the building was constructed in 1917.

The building is currently being redeveloped in partnership with Civic Companies into modern boutique office space, in close proximity to Ford Motor Company’s Michigan Central Station redevelopment, which will be the future mobility innovation district. The upper floors of the building offer panoramic skyline views from Michigan Central Station to the heart of Downtown. The property is adjacent to the popular Mudgie’s Deli & Wine Shop, and is walking distance to bustling Michigan Avenue and the tree-lined residential portions of historic Corktown.
